What age groups are you using for the Midweek league, the this season (May/August 2005)? Age group you would normally play in the fall of 2005. Is SDPL for Premier level teams only?
No.
What ages will play Premier level?
This first season we will have brackets at Boys U12, U13, 14/15, 16/17 and Girls U15. However, if 4 teams can get a bracket together, we will gladly put a circuit together for you.
When will the season begin?
May 13th, 2005 - In 2006 the circuit will begin in March/August.
Where will games be played?
Two options are on the table. Home and away or a Club sponsors a particular age group.
Who will govern the League?
The Executive Committee will govern the league, the committee will be chosen by the members of participating Clubs.
Who will assign referees?
SDPL will initially assign referees. Reschedules will be dealt with directly with Leanna Harris, our Master Referee Assignor.
What is the cost of playing?
$200 Administrative Entry Fee - Includes initial Referee Assignor fee ($5/game)
$200 Bond - will be returned at the end of the year
$1/minute paid 50/50 on the field to the referees
Cost of US Club Soccer membership if not already a member $14/per player and $8/per staff member.
How many games will be played in the gaming circuit?
Eight team bracket - 14 games
Six team bracket - 10 games
Four team bracket - 6 games
