1. Reviewed the game schedules for Boys U14/15 and Boys U16/17 and made adjustments per teams requests. Nomads and Del Mar made us aware that some fields may be closed for Summer maintainance. Field availability will be discussed at the next meeting, June 1st. First games at Valley Elementary were postponed until July.
2. Players Playing Up - Discussion regarding younger players playing up age groups and not being restricted to the 26 man roster if they are from within the same Club. It was decided to give this a try.
3. Disciplinary Committee - Three (3) Executive Committee members will review incidents for violent conduct. Otherwise, rules apply regarding Yellow Cards and sending off.
4. Opened two (2) TBA's in the Boys U16/17 bracket.
5. Opened Boys U12 and Boys U13 brackets to start July 20th for 6 play dates - Crusaders, Albion and Nomads have committed to Boys U12.
6. Reviewed Game Day procedures as follows - Teams to stay on the same side, preferrably on Team Benches. Parents are encouraged to be on the opposite side of the field. A minimum of 35 yards must be cleared for the team and coaches.
7. Referees to be paid 50/50 on the field before the game - 40 minutes each way for U16/17 and 35 minutes each way U14/15 at $1 minute.
