1. Player Registration and Staff ID Paperwork
IF NOT A MEMBER OF US CLUB SOCCER you will need to join US Club Soccer to obtain ID cards as a San Diego Premier "League Team." Clubs with THREE (3) or more teams must register directly with
US Club Soccer.
If we act as your US Club Soccer registrar we will need you to bring the following documents:

An ORIGINAL completed US Club Soccer registration form for each player and staff member (See below)PLEASE BE SURE TO MAKE COPIES FOR YOUR TEAM MANAGER TO KEEP.

Appropriate registration fees. Make checks payable to US Club Soccer for ID Cards.

An ORIGINAL BIRTH DOCUMENT and one photocopy which we will need to keep.

A photograph for your ID card of each player/staff member.
#R002: US Club Soccer Player Registration & Medical Treatment Authorization Form - $14/per player. This is the form which is required of all players who are registering through their club/team with US Club Soccer. As an alternative to receiving this form from your club, players or parents may download the form from this site, complete it, and submit it to your Team Manager.
#R004: US Club Soccer Staff Risk Assesment Form $8/per staff member - Have each coach and administrator who work with players complete this risk management form. Send the original to us and keep a copy for your records. This is the only paperwork necessary to submit for a staff member.
If you are already a member of US Club Soccer, please bring us a copy of your up-to-date roster printed from the US Club Soccer Administrative Web Site.
3. Your Entry Fee & Security Bond
Your $200 entry fee is now due. Also, bring $200 bond deposit, which will be returned to you at the end of the season. Checks should be made payable to "San Diego Premier League"

Interest in Season 2006 is high. Del Mar Sharks, Nomads, Crusaders and Poway Vaqueros have already committed to enter teams.

SDPL last play date will be August 24, 2005 due to the early start of the Presidio Soccer League.

The following clubs will compete in our mid-week league: Nomads, Aztecs, Albion, Poway Vaqueros, Escondido Tigers, SD Fire, Hotspurs, Bonita Rebels. Game schedule will be posted on April 10th, 2005.

We have started to receive applications for our new mid-week league. There are only 8 teams in each division; these spots are quickly filling up. Obviously, we want the best teams in the City to participate, but if not, then we will accept motivated coaches who can assemble a 26 man US Club Soccer roster to field 18 competitive players on a Wednesday night.
US CLUB SOCCER BENEFITS
The benefit of being US Club Soccer allows registration of 26 players to your Club. This can be players from within or outside of your Club. For instance, an under 15/16 team could have players within their own Club on this 26 man roster or assemble a selected team from the community. If a player already holds a US Club Soccer player card, he/she could apply for a loan from that Team to play for you in our circuit. SDPL will register your players with US Club Soccer so that they can participate in our mid-week league.
3/24/05 SDPL will offer an initial competition circuit in 2005 to teams wishing to participate mid-week.
2/10/05 Tentative agreement reached to utilize fields at Hickman Youth Complex for the San Diego Premier League Season 2005/2006, to include mid-week evening games on 3 lighted fields.
