  1. Your team submits an online application to play in our League.
  2. Once you receive notice that your team has been accepted your team will be required to pay your League Entry Fee and a $200 bond, which will be returned to your team at the end of the season. Entry fees and paperwork should be turned in at this time.
  3. If your team already has US Club Soccer membership and ID cards all you will need from this point on is an up-to-date printed roster from the US Club Soccer web site. You will take these items to your scheduled games along with a Game Card which we will provide you.
  4. If your team is NOT a member of US Club Soccer then your team will need to register with US Club Soccer. There are 2 ways to do this, depending on how many teams you have to register. For example: If you would like to register 3 or more teams you must go directly to US Club Soccer. If you are registering 1 or 2 teams then SDPL can act as your League Registrar and assist you with registering your team with US Club Soccer.

Both teams should submit this form to Mary Kaliff as soon as a need for a change is identified - sdpl@san.rr.com  There is a $50 fee for rescheduling a game. SDPL will re-schedule referees and assist with locating an appropriate, date, time and field. Reschedules must be mutually agreed upon before a re-schedule can take place, this will be done by SDPL.

The Referees must be paid on the field 50/50 prior to the start of the game. $1/minute for 3 referees. Referees will be assignor fees will be paid by SDPL.
