Registration

a.    All teams/players must be registered with US Club Soccer in order to play in the League. A player identification card shall be issued by US Club Soccer. Prior to lamination of the player ID Card, a photo must be affixed and the player sign the card.

 

b.    US Club Soccer shall provide liability insurance to the appropriate entity from which fields are leased.

 

c.     All coaches and managers must obtain a US Club Soccer ID card during the SDPL season.

 

d.    Falsification of documents shall, upon proof of guilt, initiate Executive Committee action that will include suspension of player for one calendar season.

 

e.    Team officials shall be held liable for authentication of their player’s registration documents. Violation of this rule by a team official shall subject that official to fines and in the event of administrator’s action is determined to have been willful, in a suspension or exclusion.
